Tuition - 2017-2018 School Year

  • Preschool – three half days                                              $ 6,850

  • Preschool – three full days                                               $ 8,355

Enrollment deposit of $500 is due and payable when the enrollment contract is signed and returned to the school. It is non-refundable and is credited towards tuition. All tuition and Tech Fee payments must be executed through TMS.

Payment Plan I

Full year tuition is billed through Tuition Management Systems for no fee and due on June 1, 2017. There is a 1% net discount for tuition paid in full by June 1, 2017. If tuition is not paid in full by June 1, 2017, the family will automatically be switched to Plan II.

Payment Plan II

Sixty percent of the full year's tuition is billed through Tuition Management Systems for no fee (see enclosed form) by May 1 and due on June 1, 2017. Balance of forty percent balance is due January 1, 2018.

Payment Plan III

The full year's tuition is billed by May 1 and due in 10 equal monthly installments through Tuition Management Systems for a $45 per family application fee. This payment plan must be executed through payments to Tuition Management Systems.

Payment Plan IV

The full year's tuition is billed by May 1 and due in 12 equal monthly installments through Tuition Management Systems for a $45 per family application fee. This payment plan must be executed through payments to Tuition Management Systems.

Terms of Account

The privileges of the School will be denied to any student whose parents/guardians fail in their financial obligations. The School will withhold transcripts for all accounts with overdue balances. The Head of School, in consultation with the Board of Trustees, reserves the right to deny attendance and dismiss students whose accounts include excessive overdue balances. A late payment of $25.00 per month will be applied to any overdue accounts including tuition, aftercare, beforecare, and child care bills. Unpaid accounts may be turned over to a collection agency. Parents/guardians will be responsible for any/all legal and/or collection costs incurred by the School. The Head of School, in consultation with the Board of Trustees, reserves the right to terminate this contract when it is in the best interest of the school. In this case, the tuition will be pro-rated and any balance due will be determined by the Head of School.

Aftercare and Beforecare

Beforecare is offered on school days beginning at 7:30 am for $8.00 per day at Lower School. Aftercare is offered on school days until 6:00 pm for $12.00 / day. There is a reduced cost for students who use before/after care on a fulltime basis. See the Fulltime Childcare Fee Structure for details. There is a $25.00 charge per family if students are picked up after 6:00 pm. This program is not available when school is cancelled due to weather. Charges incurred are billed monthly. Occassional all-day childcare is offered for $50/day.

Other Fees

Materials such as notebooks, paper, markers, etc. will be requested at the beginning of the school year and will be pooled for use by all students. From time to time, monies will be requested for special field trips or other opportunities. After school clubs or enrichment programs are also offered for an additional fee.

Milk

Lower School - Milk is offered daily for snack and/ or lunch. The cost is $65 per year for one serving a day or $130 per year for two servings per day for full time students. The cost is $13 per day per year for part time students (i.e. 3 day Preschool students=$39.00/year for one serving of milk).  Milk is offered at Upper School through the lunch program for $.75 per day.

Technology Fee

Students in grades K- 2 are required to pay a $300 Technology Fee, which will be used to fund the school's technology program. The technology fee can be paid through Tuition Management Systems. Students in grades 3-8 are required to pay a $350 technology fee.

Sibling Discount

Those siblings with the lowest tuition will receive a 10% discount on tuition. Discounts will be made when billed for the school year.

Financial Aid

The School offers grants to families of children in K-8 that demonstrate need through the financial aid process. The financial aid grant is applied to the account according to the schedule of payments chosen by the parents.
